Love Yourself with Living Water
Harnessing the Healing Power of Living Water: Juicing and Cellular Health
The Miracle of Living Water in Plants:
The absorption of direct sunlight by plants is the fascinating process known as 'photosynthesis.' It enables plants to harness solar energy and convert it into a life force, what I like to refer to as a form of physical "living water." This radiant energy infuses the plants with vitality and is the essence of their life-force energy; glucose and starch.
When we partake in drinking fresh-pressed plant
juices, we are tapping into this
life force energy. These juices are incredibly hydrating and nutrient-dense elixirs as 'Natural Medicine.' They contain a treasure trove of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and enzymes that our cells eagerly absorb, like the way a little 6 year old kids eyes light up as they walk by a candy store. It's like offering our cells the essential building blocks they
truly
need for
optimal function.
The magnificence of living plant juices lies in their ability to penetrate
deep into our cellular structure. They bring with them an
abundance of vitamins and minerals that support cellular repair; and
glucose is the key to transporting these nutrients into our cells! Antioxidants combat oxidative stress and promoting overall health. while the Enzymes play a vital role in digestion, and other cellular metabolic processes contributing to our health, healing, and well being.
"Living Water contributes to Quality in the Longevity of Our Lives.."
Beyond nutritional value, living plant juices act as natural cleansers for our bodies. They support our detoxification pathways, assisting in the removal of accumulated toxins and waste.
This detoxifying effect not only
boosts our vitality but also
enhances our body's innate ability to heal itself. Many freshly made plant-based juices - like celery juice, cucumber-apple, and others - have an alkalizing effect on our bodies, helping to restore balance to our internal pH levels. This balance is fundamental for optimal health and well-being in mind-body-and spirit.
However, I believe we can agree that not all "fresh" fruit juices are created equal. Let us remember that
FRESH, slow-pressed juices are the gold standard! They are vibrant and full of life as they are
FRESHLY
pressed. As in; they
haven't yet started to "Turn," or 'darken in color.' On the other hand, juices that are
sitting in the refrigerated sections of stores are often processed and may contain added sugars, colors, and other additives. Even so-called "fresh-pressed" Over-the-Counter refrigerated, bottled juices can be lacking in vitality, as
they lose their nutritional value during packaging, storage, and transportation.
After all that, they're also - still
-
sitting on the shelf of a store under those horrible fluorescent lights for X amount of time before being purchased
or discarded.
Fresh, Home-made juice is at its prime for about 24 hours, and after that, it begins to oxidize and lose its precious phytonutrient value. If longer Storage is necessary, remember to work to consume your juice within the 24-48 hour period, and keep it refrigerated in an airtight container. I know we all live in a fast paced world, and we're all moving at the "speed of light."
It's important to remember to
slow down and take care of yourself. Allow yourself to
rest, recover, and heal; especially in taking these healing steps.
Schedule it in and honor it
as a commitment to spend time nurturing your energetic battery to be productive at work
and at Play! If you seek to reap the
true benefits of
living plant juices
as
Natural Healing Medicine,
prioritize the freshness of the juice, and make it fresh at home or made fresh at the local juicer.
Fresh-pressed juices, consumed shortly after preparation, provide the Pure and Vibrant essence of the plant; an abundant and potent source of hydration. An Elixir for Restoration of Health and Vitality in Mind-Body-and Spirit.
"For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul." Leviticus 17:11
